I am a mother of three beautiful children. I am a Birth and Postnatal Doula, and a Mothercarer

with the local hospital.  I am also a qualified Childcare Educator.

I trained with the Australian Doula College to become a qualified Doula. I have had the honour and pleasure of supporting many special women and their families through this sacred time. I am very passionate about the birthing process, and enjoy assisting people through pregnancy and their birth experiences.

I encourage women to become educated about their options available and provide information to help them feel empowered to make an informed decision that they feel comfortable with regarding the delivery of their baby.  I completely support women with their decisions regarding their birth preferences, and I provide unconditional emotional and physical support to each person I work with to aid them in achieving their desired birth experience, whatever that may be.

I am very honoured to be invited into a clients birth space. I believe in a woman's right to choose where she gives birth, and how she wants to give birth.

Please contact me if you would like more information about hiring me as your doula.  I am happy to have a chat with you about your exciting journey ahead and if I am the best fit for you, to provide care and support you and your needs.

Congratulations and goodluck with your birth experience.

My standard package includes a free no obligation initial meeting, two prenatal visits before your delivery, (as well as support through your pregnancy), attendance at your labour (from the time you have requested me to join you) and two postnatal visits. I am committed to being 'on call' for two weeks prior to your estimated due date and after your EDD.  -  (Although this is my standard package I am able to be flexible and change it to suit individual client needs)

I have experience with providing families with caring postnatal care and am also a Mothercarer with the local hospital. I can help you with your postnatal needs once you are home with your new baby in various ways. I can assist with breastfeeding information and support, general baby hints and tips, baby care information, bathing baby, settling and mother wellbeing.  As a qualified child care educator I may be able to assist you with your other child/children that may be present at your birth experience.

I have books that I am happy to lend clients and I have post natal information that we can go through for referrals to local services if required.
